We were tasked with refurbishing a ground floor office, which included the removal of the outdated glass office partitions, flooring and the metal roller shutters installed on all the windows.
The existing air conditioning units were taken out in anticipation of their upcoming replacement and the outdated, worn floor tiles were removed down to the concrete base.
We created six glass-fronted rooms, including two meeting spaces, a staff breakout area, and three management offices. To improve acoustics and minimise noise, we installed partition walls between the rooms and incorporated insulation in the walls and ceiling.
We installed power points in the two primary offices, fostering a more open office environment, enhanced by carefully selected decor and a newly installed ceiling. Additionally, we incorporated LED lighting throughout, complete with PUR sensors to maximize energy efficiency.
